Tile manufacturer with $1.5M- sales volume. Products sold nationwide. Two locations in Portland; 20K sf manufacturing plant, 2000 sf retail location at Lloyd Center Mall.

Administration of daily operation of a full service retail and wholesale, product manufacturer. Provide superior level customer relations, and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Achieve individual and departmental sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships. Manage 20+ corporate team members in diverse departments.

Make employment decisions regarding hiring, scheduling, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and develop associates. Estimate budget and staffing needs to accommodate anticipated production growth. Develop and implement new processes and systems to meet changing demands. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.

Manage logistics, shipping, production, and sales departments. Research industry trends and design new products to meet demands.

Head up marketing campaigns, design new products. Nationwide travel 30% of the time.
Inspect the facilities to ensure that it met current code and that workstations were maintained.
Monitor employee theft and breakage.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Drove growth from $165,000 to more than $1,500,000 and reduced production time from 6 weeks to 2 weeks.
 Account Executive travel 20% of the time nationwide promoting new product lines.
 Launched and led an effective campaign to sell more volume that reduce production costs and increased nnprofits.
